How to counter Abaddon
In lane
- • Abaddon does not like his stats stolen and his attack speed is way too slow to deal with Tombstone.
In game
- • Disruption produces strong illusions, as Abaddon usually likes to buy Radiance. • Disruption can be used when he has Borrowed Time, making him waste it. • Demonic Purge with Aghanim's Scepter breaks him which is good against Curse of Avernus and if he does not manually press his ultimate, he might die without it.
- • Abaddon likes long fights, chipping away at enemies with Radiance. However Slark is the king of long fights due to Essence Shift. • Borrowed Time is great for stacking up Essence Shift before killing all of the enemy team.
- • Astral Imprisonment can be used when he has Borrowed Time, making him waste it.
- • Ice Blast makes him unable to benefit from the healing from Borrowed Time.
Items
- • This is a good item to kite him and you can use it when Borrowed Time is active to make him waste it.
Eul's Scepter of Divinity - • This is the only way to burst this hero. Break disables Borrowed Time from automatically proccing and at the same time silence makes him unable to press it.Silence + Break combination, 2 in this group
