How to counter Clinkz

In lane

Spectre
• Clinkz cannot do anything if Spectre gets on top of him. Haunt is an easy way to do this. • Spectral Dagger will follow and show where Clinkz is moving while invisible. However, he won't be attackable. • Spectre has equal agility and strength gain. Infernal Shred is not very effective because of this - she will have equally high HP and armor.
Phantom Lancer
• Clinkz cannot do anything if Phantom Lancer gets on top of him. • He is way more mobile than Clinkz. • Clinkz's damage is single target except Burning Barrage. This can be hard to hit with all the illusions swarming him.
Bounty Hunter
• Clinkz has no natural way to dispel Track. He does not usually buy dispel.

Dust of Appearance
• This item is great against invisible heroes and it greatly slows Clinkz's movement speed in Skeleton Walk.
Ghost Scepter
• This item is a good save since all of Clinkz's damage is physical. However, he is a natural Nullifier buyer.
