How to counter Primal Beast
In lane
- • Primal Beast has a hard time laning against Ursa due to Fury Swipes harass. • Ursa can buy Aghanim's Scepter to Enrage when Pulverized.
- • Primal Beast can never Onslaught away to safety in lane due to Telekinesis.
- • Primal Beast is a very high HP hero and Lifestealer does excellent at harassing him in lane with Feast. • This matchup becomes very even later on because Pulverize pierces the debuff immunity of Rage.
In game
- • Earth Spike is a long range disable that can ruin his Onslaught or initiation. • Hex is an instant disable that can ruin his Onslaught or initiation. • Primal Beast has very low starting mana which means Mana Drain can steal a significant amount.
Items
- • Later on, Primal Beast's biggest strength becomes Pulverize as it pierces debuff immunity. This can be a good item as he has no organic ways to proc it.
