How to counter Wraith King
In lane
- • Kraken Shell heavily reduces the damage of Wraith King and his skeletons. • Wraith King has just 2 starting armor, making Gush a good spell in lane. • Anchor Smash is great at reducing the damage even more and killing the skeletons.
In game
- • Decay is very strong against Wraith King. • The skeletons from Bone Guard contribute to the unit count of Soul Rip. • Wraith King does not have the fastest attack speed for killing Tombstone.
- • Wraith King is a single target carry making him bad against Phantom Lancer. • Wraithfire Blast is usually telegraphed and easy to disjoint.
- • Wraithfire Blast is usually telegraphed and easy to Counterspell. • Mana Break drains mana, therefore Wraith King has to be really careful of dying without having enough mana for Reincarnation before level 18.
